1. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before the order is dispatched, whichever is earlier.
Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately with your order details.
2. Return Policy
We accept returns only in the following cases:
Damaged product received
Wrong product delivered
Manufacturing defect
Customers must inform us within 24 hours of delivery along with clear photos or videos of the issue.
3. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:
Customized or personalized products
Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear
Minor color or design variations caused by screen or lighting differences
4. Refund Policy
Once the return request is approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment (UPI, card, net banking, etc.).
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
5. Return Shipping
If the return is approved due to a mistake from our side, return instructions will be provided.
Unauthorized or unapproved returns will not be accepted.
